Everyday movement
This is not a traditional exercise class. Nature Moves uses a task-based, peer-supported approach that enables participants to engage at their own level, fostering agency, inclusion, and enjoyment.
Think of it more as social movement than a fitness session.
We focus on confidence-building movement through games, peer activities, and light challenges that make you think, laugh, and move in new ways.
Whether you’re getting up and down from a bench, working in pairs to solve a movement puzzle, or simply balancing while passing a ball, there’s always a way to join in.
Our approach is inclusive, social, and playful.

We understand the barriers to physical activity are complex. Rather than giving everyone the same instructions, we use task-based coaching, which means there’s no right or wrong way to move, only opportunities to explore what works best for your body. It also leaves time and space for collaboration and social connection.
