Our Nature Moves programme focuses works with local partners to provide confidence-building movement classes through games, peer activities, and light challenges that make you think, laugh, and move in new ways.

Whether you’re getting up and down from a bench, working in pairs to solve a movement puzzle, or simply balancing while passing a ball, there’s always a way to join in.

Our approach is inclusive, social, and playful.

“I just love it, I rarely miss a week”

Nature Moves is a nimble and adaptable model. It works well in parks, churchyards and community gardens, and can be tailored to the needs and context of each place and population.

Our model supports long-term impact through capacity-building, empowering local staff and volunteers to take ownership.

Delivered outdoors in local green spaces, Nature Moves offers a flexible, place-based model that can be embedded within existing community health strategies, social prescribing pathways, or Active Ageing programmes.

  • Place-based – Built around your spaces and people.

  • Community-embedded – Designed to be owned and sustained locally.

  • Prevention-focused – Supports strength, confidence, and independence.

  • Evidence-informed – Based on public health guidance and behavioural science.

  • Engaging & inclusive – Removes common barriers to activity.

Nature Moves is being delivered by trained leaders across different locations in the UK.

Each of these providers has completed our training and is licensed to deliver the programme in their own communities. Details, booking information, and schedules can be found directly through them.
