Nature Moves

A community-driven movement programme designed to help older adults and local groups build strength and confidence outdoors. Available as in-person training and an online course for coaches.

Foundational Movement Skills

Not ready for certification but want to learn practical movement skills? Our Foundational Movement Skills course offers the same hands-on training as our coaching course—without assessments or ongoing support.
