Where we started

WildStrong began with a simple idea: movement should be practical, social, and fun.

What started as a few friends training outdoors quickly grew into a structured approach to movement that prioritises skill, adaptability, and real-world strength over sets and reps.

Along the way, we realised we don’t just need exercise; we need confidence, community, and a way to move that fits our real lives.

We created WildStrong to provide that.

Where we are now

Today, WildStrong has evolved beyond just training—it’s about teaching and coaching movement through play and exploration.

We blend prescriptive learning (structured coaching and skill progression) with emergent learning(discovery through movement, adaptability, and problem-solving). Read more…
