Our sessions are open to all and new joiners are always welcome. We encourage new joiners to attend a Monday session first.
Our Pangbourne group offers weekly group classes and occasional Family Movement Clubs.
Group classes
Strength & Mobility - Tuesdays 7pm at Little Bear Estate (we ask all new joiners to attend a few of these classes first)
WildStrong Club Class (Monday 12:30 pm, Wednesday 6:30pm, Friday 9am & Sunday 8:30am) These are open to experienced members, these sessions tend to be smaller in size and allow us to play around with new or complex movements that we can’t do in the larger classes. They also allow our Community Coaches to participate in the sessions.

Before you book:
We encourage all new joiners to attend a Tuesday session first as it gives us a chance to run through the fundamental movements with you.
