Here’s how it works:
We’ll provide you with our “How to…” demo videos.
You record yourself practicing the movements.
Submit your clips to us by the weekly deadline.
We’ll send you written feedback with clear, practical tips.
This is like having a coach in your corner — making sure you’re lifting safely, progressing well, and getting the most out of your training.
We’ll also have the live calls so if there’s anything you want to ask you’ll have the time to do it then.
