Terms & Conditions - Certification 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to your enrolment in the WildStrong In-Person Certification Course (“the Course”). By purchasing your place, you agree to these terms in full. Please note: successful completion of this Course also requires signing the WildStrong Certification Agreement, which sets out additional professional obligations and rights.
1. Course Overview
The Certification Course builds on the Foundations training and provides the pathway to becoming a recognised WildStrong Coach.
The Course includes:
All elements of the Foundations Course (two weekends of in-person training and course materials)
Assessment towards accreditation under Active IQ
Access to the WildStrong Coaching Pathway (structured post-course learning programme)
Ongoing discounts on selected WildStrong courses and resources
Listing as a Certified Coach on the WildStrong website directory
Completion of the Course is subject to meeting the required standards as set out in the Certification Agreement.
2. Payment Terms
The Course fee is set at the time of booking.
Payment options may include:
Pay in full (with discount)
Pay in instalments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place.
Your place is confirmed once payment (or the first instalment) is received.
By choosing an instalment plan, you agree to complete all payments regardless of whether you later withdraw from the Course.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a refund, minus any training already delivered.
After the 14-day period, all fees are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend, you may request (subject to availability) to defer your place to a future Certification intake.
4. Attendance & Assessment
Attendance at all in-person training weekends is required.
Certification is dependent on:
Successful completion of the required assessments (practical and/or written)
Signing the WildStrong Certification Agreement
Demonstrating the standards of conduct expected of WildStrong Coaches
Failure to meet these requirements may mean that Certification is not awarded, even if payment has been made in full.
5. Certification Agreement
To be recognised as a Certified WildStrong Coach, you must sign and comply with the Certification Agreement.
This agreement sets out:
Professional conduct standards
Correct use of the WildStrong name and materials
Your entitlement to ongoing benefits (Coaching Pathway, discounts, website listing)
Grounds for suspension or termination of your certification
If you do not sign the Certification Agreement, you will still complete the Foundations element but will not receive WildStrong Certification.
6. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in all training activities.
Any existing medical conditions must be declared in advance.
You are responsible for your own safety and must exercise within your limits.
WildStrong accepts no liability for injuries or accidents where guidance is not followed or where unsafe environments are chosen outside supervised sessions.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
Respectful and professional behaviour is expected at all times.
Any behaviour deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or damaging to the reputation of WildStrong may result in removal from the Course and/or refusal of Certification, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
Course materials remain the property of WildStrong Ltd.
Certified Coaches may be granted limited rights to use certain WildStrong materials in accordance with the Certification Agreement.
Materials must not be copied, shared, or used commercially outside these terms.
9. Changes & Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule training weekends or assessments due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternatives will be provided where possible.
If the Course is cancelled in full by WildStrong, a refund will be offered for any undelivered elements.
