Nature Moves is a toolkit designed to help local partners deliver free, year-round strength and movement classes for older populations.
Our mission is to bring Nature Moves to the communities that need it most across the UK. Run by community volunteers, we train and enable communities to create their own groups, using physical activity as a gateway to creating local support networks
