1. Course Overview
The Movements for Life Course is a self-paced, pre-recorded online programme designed to help you build movement confidence and strength in daily life.
The Course includes:
Pre-recorded video lessons and movement tutorials
Accompanying PDF resources and guides
Access to the materials via our online platform
This Course is for personal use and is not a substitute for medical advice or in-person coaching.
2. Payment
The Course fee is payable in full at the time of purchase.
Payment is made via Stripe.
Your access will be granted once payment has been processed.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
By purchasing this Course, you agree that access to the digital content is provided immediately and you therefore waive your right to cancel once access has been granted.
After access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
4. Access & Materials
You will receive lifetime access to all Course materials (videos, PDFs, and guides).
All materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, or redistribute any Course content without prior written permission from WildStrong Ltd.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By enrolling, you confirm that you are fit and able to participate in physical activity.

WildStrong accepts no liability for injury, illness, or harm that arises from participation in the Course.
6. Behaviour & Community
If the Course includes optional community features (e.g. group forums), respectful and supportive behaviour is expected.
WildStrong reserves the right to remove access for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All Course content remains the property of WildStrong Ltd.
Purchasing the Course grants you a personal licence to use the materials.
You may not reproduce, share, or use the materials for commercial purposes.
8. Changes & Availability
We may update or improve the Course materials from time to time.
In the unlikely event that the Course is withdrawn, you will be given the opportunity to download the materials in advance.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
