Terms & Conditions - Strong for Life 2025
Terms & Conditions
At WildStrong, our ethos is about helping people build strength, resilience, and confidence in ways that support their life. Part of that means being clear about how our courses work. If you’re signing up for the Strong for Life Live Course (“the Course”), please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By purchasing a place, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Course Overview
The Strong for Life Live Course is a 10-week online programme designed to help participants build strength and confidence without the need for a gym. The Course includes:
Weekly live coaching and Q&A calls (via Zoom)
A library of pre-recorded workouts and resources
Guest expert sessions
Weekly email support and community space
This is a group programme, not individualised 1-to-1 coaching. If you require bespoke guidance, please contact us about additional services.
2. Payment Terms
The Course fee is set at the time you enrol.
Payment options:
Pay in full (with discount)
Pay in 2 instalments
Pay in 3 instalments
Payments are made via [processor] at the time of booking.
Your place is confirmed once payment (or first instalment) is received.
By choosing an instalment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund unless the Course has already begun or materials have been accessed — in which case the value of those sessions/materials may be deducted.
After the cooling-off period, fees are non-refundable.
On occasion, and at our discretion, we may transfer your booking to a future course start date if spaces are available.
4. Access & Materials
Upon completion of the Course, you will receive lifetime access to:
All recordings of the live sessions
The PDF course materials and resources
All content is for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
By enrolling, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate in exercise.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, it is your responsibility to seek advice from a medical professional before starting.
You are responsible for exercising within your limits and ensuring your environment is safe.
WildStrong accepts no liability for injury, illness, or harm caused by participation in the Course.
6. Behaviour & Community
We aim to create a supportive and respectful learning environment.
Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour in live sessions or community spaces will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove participants without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, recordings, and resources remain the intellectual property of WildStrong Ltd.
You may use them for your own personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit them for commercial purposes.
8. Changes & Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or amend sessions if necessary. In such cases, alternative dates or recordings will be provided.
If the Course is cancelled in full by WildStrong, you will be entitled to a refund for any undelivered elements.
9. Complaints
