Terms & Conditions
At WildStrong we are committed to building movement communities that are supportive, practical, and grounded in real-world skills. If you are joining the WildStrong In-Person Foundations Course (“the Course”), please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking your place, you agree to them in full.
1. Course Overview
The Foundations Course is an in-person programme delivered over two weekends. It is designed to give you a grounding in WildStrong’s approach to movement, coaching, and community building.
The Course includes:
Two weekends of in-person training with the WildStrong team
Practical sessions covering movement skills, coaching principles, and group practice
Course materials provided during training weekends (digital and/or printed)
Access to the WildStrong community for peer learning and support
This course is intended as a stand-alone learning experience or as the entry pathway to WildStrong Certification.
2. Payment Terms
The Course fee is set at the time of booking.
Payment options may include:
Pay in full (with discount)
Pay in 2 instalments
A deposit (non-refundable) may be required to secure your place.
Your place is confirmed once payment (or the first instalment) is received.
By choosing an instalment plan, you agree to complete all payments on schedule.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund unless the Course has already begun.
After the 14-day period, all fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, we may (at our discretion and subject to availability) transfer your booking to a future Foundations intake.
4. Attendance
You are expected to attend both weekends in full.
If you miss sessions, it may not be possible to make them up, though materials will be provided.
Attendance is required to progress towards Certification.
5. Access & Materials
You will receive course materials during the training weekends. These are for your personal use only.
Materials and recordings (if provided) remain the property of WildStrong Ltd and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes.
6. Health & Safety
By enrolling, you confirm that you are fit to take part in physical activity.
You are responsible for your own safety and for exercising within your limits.
If you have an existing medical condition or injury, you must inform us in advance and seek medical clearance where appropriate.
WildStrong is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur if guidance is not followed or if unsafe environments are chosen outside of supervised sessions.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the Course without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All training content, resources, and materials remain the intellectual property of WildStrong Ltd.
You may use them for your own learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
9. Changes & Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule training weekends due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue changes). If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.
If the Course is cancelled in full by WildStrong, you will be entitled to a full refund.
10. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Course, please contact info@wildstrong.co. We aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
